Friday I did a strength oriented fingerboard workout (climbing specific) that is only likely to be of interest to climbers.
Saturday I bouldered a bit, but found my hands to be too fried from the last few days for it to really be productive.

Sunday
Sunday it was time for a change of pace and a little high intensity cardio (ananerobic panic breathing inducing goodness).
Here’s the fun from then:
Warm Up:
20,15,10,5 reps of:
Goblet Squats @25lbs
Push Ups
Shoulder Rotator ScarecrowsThen:
5 rounds of:
50 Steps Ups (20″ box), 40lbs on shoulders
10 Hang Squat Cleans @88lbs
7 Ankles to bar.
Funny how heavy “light” 88lbs hang cleans feel when you’re legs are jello from step ups.
This was around 30 minutes of total volume (with warm up). I wanted to do more but family obligations forced me to keep things short.
Dinner:
Grass fed chipped steak pan fried with olive oil, mixed (yellow, green, red) peppers and cheese. Yes I’m a bad cave man, I eat cheese.
As an aside, it being ice season, I haven’t been shaving in an attempt to spare my face the windburn and I’m starting to look a bit paleo myself.
