WebMD Article on “10 Diet Myths”
A friend of mine’s family member recently sent an email cut and paste of CBS News piece. It’s been quoted in several of the popular online new sites besides CBS and links to a WebMB article on “10 Diet Myths”.
Now, some of the advice here isn’t bad. A lot of what is given is even what is supported by studies….
A girl, lifting at the gym, or not.
So then I ask myself- Does she really believe she is working out? Or is she just there to look like she’s working out? I mean, they both come to the gym face painted and hair done but I still gave them both the benefit of the doubt. I am just completely amazed….
